Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions and procedures for using the language-learning service offered by the Everstudy website and the Android apps "에버스터디 일본어" and "エバースタディ韓国語" (the "Service"), and the rights and duties of users and the operator. The website and the apps share the same accounts.

2. Who can sign up

Anyone aged 14 or over can sign up. People under 14 can sign up once a guardian-consent process is in place.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Using someone else's account, or transferring or lending an account
• Manipulating scores or rankings with automated tools
• Copying or distributing the Service's content without permission
• Offending or harming other users
• Attempting inappropriate contact with minors

Violations may lead to restrictions without notice; unlawful acts are reported to the authorities.

4. Records and scores

Language scores are an internal measure based on your learning results and do not replace official language certificates or test results. The scoring rules may change as the Service improves; changes are announced in advance.

5. Changes and suspension

The operator may change or stop features and announces important changes that affect users in advance.

6. Paid service — premium passes

• A premium pass is a fixed-period pass (30 or 365 days from payment) and is never renewed automatically.
• Passes are sold on the website only. The Android apps do not sell them; a pass bought on the website works in the apps on the same account.
• Buying again while premium adds the new period after the remaining one. Periods from coupons work the same way.
• Benefits: no ads, unlimited pronunciation scoring, a detailed study report, printable binders, streak protection (twice a month). Free learning features are never reduced.
• Withdrawal and refunds: within 7 days of payment and before using premium benefits (opening the report or binders, scoring beyond the free limit, etc.) you get a full refund. Otherwise a refund in proportion to the remaining period may be possible; ask on the support board (private) with your order number.
• Users under 19 need a guardian's consent to pay, and payments made without it can be cancelled. Accounts under 18 cannot pay.
• Payments are processed by Toss Payments; card numbers and other payment details are not stored by the Service.
• If the Service closes or a paid feature is removed, this is announced in advance and the remaining period is refunded.

7. Deleting your account

You can leave at any time with Delete account (in the apps: All menus → Profile & account → Delete account). Deleted learning records cannot be restored and any remaining pass period is lost (ask for a refund under section 6 before deleting). Records kept by law are listed in the privacy policy.
